The programme was designed for an international bank. Participants were nominated by senior management and after successful completion of an assessment and selection centre took part in a year long integrated programme of development.
The programme combined skills workshops (strategic thinking, presenting, coaching, future thinking, maximising potential, conflict management), coaching (6 sessions plus telephone coaching helpline) and Executive Team sponsored 'live' projects.
