Objective setting and performance review (for reviewers)

The aim of this workshop is to prepare reviewers for the appraisal and objective setting process to improve the quality of the review conversations and the business objectives set by themselves and their teams. The workshop covers:

Each half day workshop is suitable for up to 8 people.

The workshop complements the coaching workshop. The subject matter is different and the techniques are different. The role of a reviewer, giving feedback and setting objectives, differs greatly from the role of a coach.
