I offer a tailored approach, recognising the unique attributes of each person and team I work with. I’m flexible, like to listen first and work with you to develop practical solutions to your issues.
Whether I am working with you individually or with teams within your organisation, you’ll find me enthusiastic, supportive, challenging and committed to achieving sustainable improvements for you.

My past projects have included the refocus of a leadership team piecing together their business strategy after losing their biggest client and with it 50% of their top line income; personal motivation, career and development coaching; designing and delivering bespoke Learning & Development solutions; designing and implementing review and appraisal systems; designing and delivering ongoing emerging talent programmes, people due diligence and producing conferences for hundreds of delegates.
At in2minds I work with clients in both the Public and Private sectors. I work collaboratively, provide challenge and support, employing creativity but with the emphasis on practical solutions that work.
